According to transfer market expert Romano, Miami International are indeed interested in Di Maria but have yet to make an official offer.
Miami International are reportedly interested in the Benfica winger Di Maria, 36, considering he and Messi have worked together on a number of occasions, and the team inquired about the player and are expected to start the next step of negotiations.
Di Maria has continued his excellent performance this season, playing 46 games for Benfica and collecting 16 goals and 15 assists. His contract with Benfica expires at the end of June.
Earlier, Di Maria said he could end his national team career after the Copa America.
