On Saturday Bayern
Munich lost 1-3 to Stuttgart.
's game with an ankle ligament injury and is unlikely to play again this season.
Guerrero left the MHPA Arena on crutches after being forced off in the first half. Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel admitted the Samba player was "not good at all" before ruling him out of the midweek Champions League trip to Real Madrid.
Bayern carried out scans on Sunday and announced that Guerrero had suffered "an injury to ankle ligaments and the joint capsule" and said he would miss the next few games. With only two league games remaining for Bayern, the news suggests Guerrero's debut season at the Allianz Arena is over.
Bayern have yet to discuss a recovery time, but some reports suggest Guerrero could be out for at least a month, putting his place in the Europa League in question. The injury has brought a frustrating season for Guerrero, who has performed well when fit but missed the opening stages of the season and has been plagued by hamstring problems.
Portugal boss Roberto Martinez has a month to decide on his squad for the Europa League in Germany, with a submission deadline of June 7th. On a more positive note, Pedro Neto returned to Wolves last weekend
of full training, which gives him time to get back into the rhythm of the game before the end of the Premier League.
