Chelsea beat Fulham 1-0 at home in the first leg of the English Premier League (EPL) on Saturday night (13) thanks to a 12-yard goal from Galpenma to set up a midweek battle with Middlesbrough in the last four of the EPL Cup.

As Chelsea's "loser" Nicholas Jackson is going to play in the African Cup of Nations, Bucha will play as the arrowhead of the team, with Golpenma and Stanley Staines supporting them on both sides, while Fulham's veteran Wyliean is going to be on the back foot. Chelsea lost to Middlesbrough in the first round of the EFL Cup last week, and are eager for the second round in mid-week, so they are obviously distracted in this game. In the first half, there were no good goals, until just before half-time, Staanen was swept down by Isha Diop in the penalty area, and the ball proof was directed to the 12-yard box, and Galpenga, who is scoring a lot lately, cracked the net and scored the 9th goal in this season's league, and became the most scored by a U21 player of Chelsea in a single season in the history of the game. Five of the goals came from the 12-yard box, and Chelsea went into the dressing room one goal ahead.
