J3 League SC Sagamihara midfielder Rikuto Sano was arrested by the police for taking pictures of a woman's lower body. According to Japan's "Anti-Voyeurism Law", violators can be imprisoned for up to three years or fined up to 3 million yen (about 162,000 Hong Kong dollars).
The Nikkan Sports reported that the incident took place at 4 p.m. on Monday (11) on the automatic elevator at Hashimoto Station on the Keio Subway Line, when someone used a telephone to take pictures of a female college student, about 20 years old, wearing shorts, saying that he was "very interested in women's feet."
