When you've lost three games in a row, Manchester City might not be the kind of opponent Spurs want to face on Sunday.

What can you say about a team like Manchester City, other than to expect them to keep on going all the way? Look at them in the UEFA Europa League in midweek, where they lost 0-2 but came out as winners. Last week's draw against Liverpool was a fair one, but I always felt that City were capable of scoring again at any time, which of course didn't happen, mainly due to Liverpool's resistance, but I think Sunday's game against Tottenham Hotspur will be a very different story.

Despite City's two consecutive draws in the league and a midweek performance that wasn't the best, I think Gordiona will use this to spur his players on and look for them to put in a stunning performance to get December's intensive schedule off to a good start, as well as to keep a watchful eye on a bunch of the powers that be.

Ayn Rand can't stop scoring these days, and with Tottenham having only 4 clean sheets in 14 matches this season, and the fact that the Spurs will once again be playing the stalwart duo of Ben Davies and Amazon, I'm sure he's ready for the "SCOTT".

The irony for Tottenham is that they have scored first in their last 3 games, but have been unable to maintain the advantage until the end. I think this shows the lack of experience and ability in their back-ups, whereas City's depth in their back-ups and the quality of their players will really be able to capitalize on this in a 90-minute game, dominating the game from start to finish.

There is no breathing space for Tottenham Hotspur under the leadership of Puzdiguero. More unfortunate injury news in the midst of their recent struggles, with midfielder Bintangoa out until the New Year, has certainly added to the Spurs' woes. I think we've known for a while that Tottenham's lack of depth could be the reason for their slide down the table sooner or later, but to have so many key players out with injuries in such a short period of time is a bit of bad luck.

As much as I admire Poustigorou and have been a big fan of his game this season, I would be shocked if he tried to continue to maintain the high defending and pressing that has been the norm in recent weeks in City's home ground. I fear that if he sticks to his principles they may be hit even harder like lambs to the slaughter.
