Arsenal, who have been out of the UEFA Europa League for six seasons, sealed their place at the top of Group B in the early hours of Thursday morning (30) with a 6-0 home win over Lens. Statistics show that Arsenal have progressed to the group stage in all of their last 20 appearances in Europe (15 in the UEFA Europa League and five in the Europa League).
Arsenal opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a goal from Xaviers, opening up a gap in the "arsenal", and then scored three more goals between the 21st and 27th minutes, with Gabriele Jenksis, Bucayo Sacca and Gabriele Martinelli each scoring a goal, and then Martin Ordigart scoring a goal just before halftime, giving them a 5-0 advantage in the locker room. In the second half, Lens strengthened its defense, Arsenal went to the 86th minute to get 12 yards, Zorzanu shot into the 6-0 end of the game.
