Chelsea striker Sterling's future has been the center of attention in the soccer world in recent days. According to multiple sources, the 29-year-old England international has expressed concerns about his future to the club after he was not included in Chelsea's squad for the match against Manchester City, while Chelsea are inclined to send him away before the transfer window closes and are willing to take on some of his wages to facilitate the move.

Juventus, one of the teams interested in Sterling, have expressed a clear intention to Chelsea. However, Juventus will need to cut their current wage bill before making a formal move, which could involve the departure of some of the team's highly paid players, such as Federico Chiesa. However, Juventus' success in bringing in Sterling will also depend on Sterling's own willingness to leave London, as well as the outcome of negotiations between the two clubs on details such as transfer fees and wage sharing.

Sterling's situation at Chelsea is becoming increasingly delicate. With Chelsea close to finalizing a deal to bring in striker Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid, the team is set to have even more competition in the attacking positions. Sterling's concerns about his future have been further exacerbated by recent hints from manager Maresca in training that his playing opportunities will be limited.

As well as Juventus, Sterling has attracted interest from a number of Saudi clubs. However, it is now understood that Sterling is not willing to make such a big shift in his career to play in the Saudi League. This leaves Sterling with a relatively limited range of options and Chelsea may have to facilitate his move by paying some of his wages.
