Chelsea's £45 million (about HK$430 million) summer signing of Manchester City's new star Galpenma has been hailed as one of the best acquisitions of the season in less than three months, and the 21-year-old Galpenma showed his worth by dominating Chelsea's attack and scoring a crucial 12-yard goal, and was even "shocked" during the game when he received a yellow card for stepping on 12 yards of turf, and was pushed away by a City player who was listening to his players discussing tactics.
