The Premier League has announced its October Team Manager of the Month award, which was once again won by Tottenham Hotspur's Pusdiguero, making the 58-year-old Australian the first manager to win the award for his first three months in charge of a Premier League team in his first season.

Pusdiguero led Hot Rod to win all 3 EPL matches in October, and ranked the top of the table at that time. Until he failed to beat Chelsea in November, firstly, his undefeated streak in EPL was broken this season, as well as the top spot of the table was snatched away by Manchester City, Pusdiguero was awarded the best leader of the team based on the results of EPL in October alone, which is definitely deserved.
