It's Ding Junhui. Born in 1987 in Yixing, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, Ding Junhui is a Chinese snooker prodigy who won the third place in the Asian Invitational Tournament at the age of 13. Ding's career so far has yielded 14 ranking tournament titles, two PTC stage tournament titles and one Wembley Masters title, and he has hit a single 147 six times in his career.

In December 2014, Ding Junhui had once ascended to the world No. 1 of the TUF World Ranking, which is also the 11th world No. 1 in the history of the World TUF, and is also the first Asian snooker player to ascend to the world's No. 1, and moreover, the first player in the history of China's snooker.

It is worth mentioning that in 2016 Ding Junhui had won the 6 Red Ball World Championship for the first time in his career by defeating Bingham 8-7 in the final of the 6 Red Ball World Championship in Snooker, and also made history.In July 2017, Ding Junhui had also led the Chinese team to beat the mighty England to win the Snooker World Cup.

Ding Junhui has been honored with numerous accolades in his career so far, and he was unquestionably the first player in China's snooker history to be inducted into the Snooker Hall of Fame, as well as winning the Championship trophy for the third time in ten years. Although Ding has returned to his family in recent years and is studying at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Ding has touched the hearts of many Chinese snooker fans over the past 20 years. So there is no doubt that Ding Junhui is the first person in Chinese snooker history.

More importantly, under the driving effect of Ding Junhui, snooker in China has flourished and more players have emerged, such as Zhao Xintong, who won the Snooker Germany Masters.
