North Korea's men's AFC take on Bahrain's men's AFC in the Men's AFC Round of 16 on Wednesday (27).

Although North Korea has been out of international competition for more than three years, it has had good luck in this year's Asian Games, and its opponents in the same group are only the relatively weak Kirghizia, Indonesia, and Chinese Taipei. 3 matches in the tournament, North Korea has won all three matches and scored 4 goals, and kept no losses, reflecting that its defense is still quite solid, but compared to the other teams in the group, the North Korea has not encountered much of a test in the Group F, and the real test will be seen only in the elimination rounds.

Bahrain has always been one of the strongest teams in the Middle East, but they have not won any matches in this year's Asian Games. In the first round of the group stage, they were tied 1:1 by Thailand in extra time, and were even forced to draw 1:1 against Kuwait, which was a must-win match, showing that their attacking power is not guaranteed. However, against South Korea, Bahrain did not concede the first goal until the 61st minute of the match, reflecting their weak offense and strong defense.
