Kylian McBarbee scored a 12-yarder, giving him 42 goals and eight assists in his career, and making him the third player in history to score in 16 consecutive UEFA Europa League matches, following Mays and Laurent Cronje.
PSG had the upper hand in the match. 19 minutes into the match, midfielder Vitana had a shot that hit the post, and then Oswald Nybassi's shot was only parried by goalkeeper Kiko Kobo, leaving each other with no record in the first half. However, only 4 minutes after the change of sides, PSG broke the gap, Kilian McBarbee hit the arm of Dortmund midfielder Ricas Zuni in the penalty area, and the referee blew for a 12-yard penalty, McBarbee shot into the net. 9 minutes later, Vitenna gave Ashraf a pass to shoot to make it 2-0.
Kylian McBarbie has not only scored 50 UEFA goals, he has also scored in 7 consecutive UEFA matches, equaling PSG's record of the most consecutive UEFA goals scored in PSG's history which is held by Vincent Kavanagh. However, the French international may leave the club next summer, so he may not be able to break Kavanagh's record.
