In an interview with Polygon ahead of Mauga's release, Lead Hero Designer Alec Dawson said that the Overwatch development team wants to conduct similar player testing for future heroes.Dawson also talked about some of the lessons learned during Mauga's preview weekend, as well as how the Overwatch team can improve its approach to adding new heroes to the game.
