The World Qualifier against Syria will kick off at 22:45 tonight. Before the match, Syria's manager Cooper attended the pre-match conference to give an outlook on the match.
Cooper said, "I understand Japan traveling a long way for the game, but again, this is not our home ground. All of our matches will be played away from home and I hope everyone understands that as well. The match against Japan will be very tough, in fact, every match is not easy, but even against a strong team like Japan, it is not impossible for us to get three points, and we have to think of the tactics next."
Speaking about the Japanese players to watch out for, Cooper said, "Everyone. (Laughs) But Japan does have a lot of strong players, and their whole team is able to coalesce as a unit and use tactics well. Ezekiel Ueda, Kenyoung Kubo, and in the
