The Czech Republic U21s will face England U21s, one of the favorites in Group C of the U21 Europa League. Although the Little Three Lions have exited the group stage five times in the past six editions, they have recruited a number of stars who have already made a name for themselves in the English Premier League, and their overall strength is far superior to that of their opponents. The England U21s have won all of their last three meetings and are expected to make a strong start to their championship campaign, so the visitors should take advantage of their hot streak. England U21 had won the 1982 and 1984 U21 European Cup, and the most impressive result in recent years was reaching the quarter-finals in 2017, but then it was unsuccessful and exited the group stage in the last two years, which was quite disappointing to the fans.

The English Football Association (EFA) has learnt a lesson from the past and has sent the strongest team to participate in this year's tournament, with a number of main players playing for English Premier League (EPL) teams. The front is led by Newcastle's goal scorer Anthony Gorton, Manchester City's Golpomar and Chelsea's winger Maddocki, and the midfield is even more star-studded, with Arsenal's Imee Lowe, Liverpool's duo of Harvey Alicloe and Gudijs Jongs, together with Velázquez and Lance, which is really something to talk about. With Max Aarons and Rauki Thomas at the back, the front, center and back lines are quite even, showing that they are determined to win this year's championship.

On the other hand, the Czech U21s have always been a companion in the U21 Euro Cup in recent years, and have failed to qualify for the finals in three of the last four tournaments, and one of them even failed to qualify for the final week. Most of their players play in the local league, and they are not as skilled, qualified or experienced as the Young Lions, so they are destined to have a tough time tonight.
