Manchester United paid £73 million (about HK$720 million) to Dormont for winger Chaton Sinzou two years ago, but the 23-year-old England international's performance was disappointing, and he himself was disillusioned. According to German newspaper Bild-Zeitung, Chaton Sinzou has become remorseful and wants to rejoin Dormont to save his soccer career.

Chaton Sinzou only scored 11 goals in 72 appearances for United, compared to 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 appearances for Dortmund, which is a far cry. The winger was not allowed to play for England in the final week of the World Cup last year due to his poor performance and even suffered from a mental illness, so he had to go to Holland at the end of last year to undergo treatment and training until February when he returned to the game for United, but his form has not been greatly improved.

It is reported that Chaton Sinzou has made a transfer request to Manchester United, and his manager has been in contact with Dortmund's director Keel to maximize his chances of returning to Dortmund. Since Chaton Sinzou has a 3-year contract, United will not want to sell him at a low price, and Dortmund will not be able to buy him back, so the Red Devils will not rule out the possibility of giving Sinzou to Dortmund in the form of a loan.
