At first glance, this looks like a 50/50 battle between Minnesota United and FC Dallas, who both lost in the last round of the league, plus they have similar counter-attacking styles and are very close in the league standings.

Minnesota United is usually very good at home, but they still haven't won a single home game this season. I think it's mainly due to the team's lack of goal scoring ability, as they have only scored 8 goals in 8 league matches this season.

Newcomer Jung Sang-bin should be more integrated into the team this season. The South Korean youngster has a high speed of advancing on the side, and is definitely a key member of the team to try to break down the opposing team's defense.

On the other hand, Minnesota's defense is quite solid, with two shutouts this season and only two league matches where they conceded more than one goal. Center forward Mikkel Dabias has played every minute of every league game this season, which is an outstanding performance.

He will need to react quickly as I expect FC Dallas won't mind to defend instead of attack and try to score with counter attacks. The USMNT international Jetsis Ferrana will lead the line and FC Dallas is dangerous when they attack the opposing team's defense as their speed has caused problems for many teams.

Even though I feel that FC Dallas has a higher overall strength, their defensive performance is mediocre, and home field advantage is very important in the USL. Combining all the above elements, I'm going to look at Minnesota United, the less powerful side, to get their first home win of the season and take all 3 points.
