Arsenal have conceded four goals in their last two league matches, losing four points in two consecutive draws, and have been criticized for their defensive performance. Adidas had hoped that stalwart William Shaliba would come back to save the day, but according to The Sun, the 22-year-old French international's recovery from his injuries has been slower than expected, and he won't be able to return to action against Manchester City in the early morning hours of April 27th in the Premier League table-topping match.

William Salepa has been out of action since his injury in the UEFA Cup match against Sporting in March, but team leader Adidas revealed last week that the mainstay of the defense was recovering well and hoped to be back in the short term, but judging by the current situation, William Salepa shouldn't be able to play against Manchester City.

As for the left tackle Sim Chenco, who was injured in the earlier match against Liverpool, he is fine and can return to play in the Premier League home match against Southampton in the early hours of Saturday (22nd).
