The British media reported that Fook drove a car worth 670,000 pounds through the city of Manchester a few days ago, driving through a section of the speed limit of 20 miles per hour, the result of speeding, and was subsequently stopped by the traffic police.
At Manchester Magistrates Court, Fook pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was fined £574. In fact, this is not Foo's first offense, as he was once penalized with six demerit points plus a fine for speeding in May last year.
