According to Sky Sport Italia, members of the new UEFA professional level coaching training course in Italy came to Juventus FC for training on Tuesday and Wednesday. Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri personally gave a lesson to these trainees, who included Juventus legend Piero. The training event took place over a two-day period at Juventus' Continazar training base. Allegri gave the trainees a lesson at the hotel on Tuesday morning, sharing his coaching experience and team management philosophy with them. On Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, the trainees also had the opportunity to watch Juventus' first team training, so they could experience the club's training atmosphere and the team's preparation first-hand.
Allegri said: "I am delighted to spend today training and networking with my coaching staff with the participants of the UEFA Professional Level Coaching Course. Such moments are always exciting and constructive because they are opportunities to discuss and learn. I tried to provide the participants with some concepts about the way we work each week to prepare for matches. As a coach, we must always help our players and, in this case, our peers as well." The training offers participants the opportunity to engage with and learn from one of Europe's top clubs. They will learn valuable lessons and knowledge from Allegri and the Juventus coaching staff that they can apply to their own coaching careers.
