Romano says Saudi side Jeddah United's €35m offer for Trossard is now up to Arsenal as he has been a key player under Arteta. The official offer was delivered before the Saudi United transfer deadline and Jeddah United have been looking for a new winger.
Meanwhile the Saudi Arabia United summer transfer window will close on September 3 at 5:00 GMT.
