According to a report from renowned journalist Romano, a verbal agreement has been reached between Ajax FC and Southampton FC for the loan of striker Suleymana. The loan deal includes not only the duration of the loan, but also an option to buy out, which means that Ajax have the right to choose to formally buy out Suleymana in the future if they are satisfied with his performance during the loan period.

Ajax are currently in talks with Suleymana over personal terms to ensure he can join the club. The finalization of this deal also hinges on another key factor, the transfer of Ajax striker Berwin. Jeddah United FC are reportedly actively pushing for a deal to bring in Berwin, and if Berwin ends up leaving Ajax, it is more likely that Ajax's loan deal for Souleymane will go through.

Suleymana is a 22-year-old Ghanaian striker who is currently under contract with Southampton until 2027. Despite his youth, he has already shown a lot of potential and strength, and his current détournement price has reached 13 million euros. For Ajax, the loan of Suleymana will not only inject new energy into the team, but also provide more options and variations in the attacking end.
