According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan have expressed interest in four players from the Argentine league - Valentini, Di Cesare, Giai and Zenon.
Valentini, 23, is a center back who currently plays for Boca Juniors and has already been selected for the Argentina national team. He is tall, good at staring and has excellent backfield organization ability, suitable for playing in the position of three and four defenders. Valentini's recent contract extension talks with Boca broke down and his contract is set to expire at the end of this year, making him a popular target in the reinforcement market.
Di Cesare, 22, is also a center back and currently plays for Athletic Argentina. He also has the ability to keep tabs on people and can play in all positions of the three defenders. Considering he has dual Argentine and Italian citizenship, he could cost less than €6 million to bring in.
Giai, 20, is a right-sided player who plays for San Lorenzo and is a mainstay of the Argentine national Olympic team. He has been in excellent form over the past few months and Inter Milan have started scouting him. Ghiai's contract expires in December 2026 and it is estimated that Inter could sign him for between €6 and €8 million.
Zenon, 22, is a left-footed player who can play on both the right and left sides. He recently moved to join Boca Juniors and has become a focal point of the team in a short period of time. Although his contract is set to expire in 2028, clubs such as Inter Milan and Newcastle have shown interest in trying to bring him in. However, Zenon has a €15 million release clause in his contract.
