Former star Rio Ferdinand on his podcast on team manager
Tenhave
Criticized for his questionable tactical decisions against Arsenal in a recent Premier League match.
Ferdinand said, "When is he going to take Casemiro out of the back line? Why can't Amrabat play at full-back? Or let McTominay play? I don't think that's fair."
He further stated, "If you see a player who has never played fullback fumble early, you should get him out of that position, no matter how experienced the player is."
Ferdinand offered his own solution, "Let's put Casemiro back in his familiar position, let's play Wan-Bissaka at center back and then let's play Amrabat at right back, which I think is the most natural."
Finally, he expressed concern about the team's overall performance, "United look like a team without a coach, and we are seriously lacking in terms of creativity, as well as having virtually zero decision-making ability or level of competence."
