In the first set, the entire TES team played sluggishly, alternating errors that eventually led to G2's victory.
In the second set, TES still hadn't adjusted, while G2's HansSama did a great job with a big kill to help his team take match point.
In the early part of the third set, TES's JackeyLove and Meiko showed strength online, but G2's BrokenBlade single-killed TES's 369 at a crucial moment, and the economy of both sides was basically even.
In the mid-group battle, HansSama's Draven played cold and killed Meiko and then Creme, giving G2 a huge advantage. G2 then utilized the big dragon buff to advance to the lower high ground and fought another group battle, eventually defeating TES with a score of 3-0 and advancing to the next round of the losers' bracket. TES, on the other hand, ended this year's MSI campaign.
