China's U17 women's soccer team collected their second consecutive win in the second round of Group B of the 2024 U17 Women's Asian Cup, defeating Thailand 3-0 thanks to an outstanding second half.

China started the first half with an all-out attack, trying to take an early lead. In the 17th minute, Xiao Jiaqi's long-distance shot hit the crossbar and failed to score. Thailand started to look for chances with counter-attacks, and in the 20th minute, their long-distance shot was also blocked by the Chinese crossbar. In the last 10 minutes of the first half, the Thai team even threatened to attack several times, but the Chinese goalkeeper Hou Shufian played brilliantly, pouncing on the opposing team's shots to keep the goal intact.

After the halftime break, China's manager Van Egmond replaced Li Yuhan, a striker who played well in the first match, and obviously strengthened the side attack. In the 58th minute, the Chinese team played a wonderful combination of free kicks in front of the field, Zhong Yuxin picked up a pass to the middle of the penalty area, and captain Song Yuyi calmly deducted over the opponent's defender and pushed a shot into the net, giving the Chinese team the lead.

After taking the lead, China didn't stop attacking. In the final stages of the match, Zhang Kecan and Chen Rui scored goals to make the score 3-0, which killed the suspense of the match, and China U17 Women's Soccer Team has won two consecutive victories in the Asian Cup with this victory.
