Jonathan Davey was the man of the match in Lille's Ligue 1 match against Nantes as Lille beat Nantes 2-1 with two solo goals.

The beginning of the game saw both teams trying to open up the game with aggressive attacks. Lille's striker Jonathan Davey showed great form early in the first half. He gave Lille the lead in the 8th minute with a header off a corner kick from Geroglova. The goal was a huge morale booster for the Lille team, who started to come into the game more aggressively.

Just a few minutes later, Jonathan Davy was again on the scoresheet for Lille. In the 11th minute, he received a cross from Angele Gomes and made it 2-0. Jonathan Davey's excellent performance in the first half gave Lille hope for a win.

However, Nantes did not give up. They stepped up their offense in the beginning of the second half in an attempt to recover the score. In the 54th minute, Nantes' striker Abrines received a reverse triangle pass from Beni Traore and managed to break through, equalizing a point for his team. The goal allowed Nantes to regain the rhythm of the game as they began to be more aggressive in their attack.

Both teams tried to rewrite the scoreline again after Abramelin's goal. The Lille team managed to hold on to the score thanks to solid defense and the threat of Jonathan David. Nantes, on the other hand, were a little short on the offensive end and were unable to pose a threat to the Lille goal again.

In the end, Lille beat Nantes by a score of 2-1. Jonathan Davey was the man of the match with two solo goals.
