The Congress was held in Bangkok, Thailand and officially unveiled the logos for the Men's Tier 3 Club Tournament and the Women's AFC Champions League.Below are the names of the Men's Tier 3 Club Tournaments:
1. AFC Champions League Elite (AFC)
2. AFC Champions League 2 (AFC Champions League 2)
3. AFC Challenge League (AFC Challenge League)
Under the rules, the 2023 CSL Champion (Shanghai Harbour) and the CFF Cup Champion (Shanghai Shenhua) will each receive a direct entry into the AFC Elite League, while the CSL Runner-Up (Shandong Taishan) will receive a non-direct entry into the AFC Elite League. In addition, the third-place finisher of the Chinese Super League (Zhejiang) will receive a direct entry into the AFC Champions League II.
