After that, despite the efforts of Bosnia and Herzegovina to try to equalize the score, the Ukrainian team's defense was solid and failed to give the opponent another chance. In the end, the Ukrainians came back to beat Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 2-1 and successfully advanced to the play-off final.
