with a 2-1 win over Bournemouth. Speaking at a press conference after the match, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino said he was happy with the way his team had wrapped up the season and spoke about plans for the future, fan interaction and transfers.

Pochettino concluded, "I feel happy and I'm proud of the players. We had injuries, but I think the season ended well. We are very proud of the way we have worked, even in the tough moments. The players have always shown us respect and have always believed in the way we work."
Pochettino said, "It's the club's decision and if they need help, we are there."
