On April 8, 2024, China U23s won their third consecutive warm-up match with a 1-0 victory over Jordan U23s. The win was China U23's third in the month, after they had won back-to-back matches against Qatar U23 and Malaysia U23.

During the training period, the national Olympic team had suffered a double kill of strong opponents, but then they gradually found their form and won consecutively. The return of players such as Tao Qianglong and Xie Wenneng has also injected new vitality into the team.

The National Olympic Team, under the leadership of head coach Cheng Yaodong, conducted a new round of training and arranged several warm-up matches. Despite suffering losses in the first two warm-up matches, the players did not give up, but gradually found their way back to the game through continuous efforts and adjustments.

Next up for the National Olympics is a match against Uzbekistan U23, a match that is just as important for the National Olympics to keep up their form in order to be fully prepared for the U23 Asian Cup (Paris Olympics qualifiers).
