The club's profile in Japan has risen dramatically following the outstanding performances at Brighton. The trip to Japan was Brighton's first ever visit to Japan and was an important part of their pre-season preparations.
Brighton FC CEO Barber said, "We are delighted that the men's first team are visiting Japan for the first time in what is the final stage of our pre-season preparations ahead of the new season. It's amazing to see so much interest in our club in Japan, where we now have a huge fan base and are very excited about our first visit."
