May 23 (Xinhua) -- According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, two independent directors will resign after the Oak Fund's ownership of Inter Milan FC, while current CEOs Marotta and Antonello are expected to remain on the board.

Marchetti (name)

: Born in 1973, Professor of Law at the University of Milan, specializing in corporate, financial and banking law. He is a member of the Business Studies Committee of the National Board of Notaries and the Social Committee of the Milan Notary Commission, and serves on the boards of several companies and entities. In the future, Marchetti may take on more responsibilities at the new Inter.

Caracé (city in Cyprus)

: Born in 1966, he holds a master's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in management. Currently with Apax Partners, a London-based private equity fund that focuses on Series A financing activities, Carrase also serves on the boards of several Apax Partners portfolio companies.

Inter will hold a general meeting of shareholders within 20 days to elect a new board of directors for the club. Current Inter CEOs Marotta and Antonello are expected to remain on the board. However, all six members of the Suning Group on Inter's board (including Zhang Kangyang himself) will be replaced by representatives of the Oak Tree Foundation.
