May 24 (Xinhua) -- Journalist Ben Jacobs posted on social media about the link between Jose Mourinho and Saudi Arabia's promoted team Qadassiya FC.
Ben Jacobs writes: "Jose Mourinho remains on Cardassia's radar after his trip to Saudi Arabia. Mourinho spoke at the Sync Summit and met with some of the most influential figures at Saudi Aramco (owner of Cardassia), including CEO Amin Nasser, Cardassia head Nabil Aljama and Cardassia board member Faisal alnuhaimish."
Mourinho is evaluating his options and he has also shown interest in going to Turkey to coach. Saudi Aramco realize that Mourinho won't be out of work for long and will have to act quickly if they want to make any progress.
They are hoping to raise the profile of the club by signing Mourinho. It is understood that Mourinho has held direct talks with club officials and Saudi Aramco are willing to have Mourinho in a managerial, strategic or club ambassador role.
