In the first half, Jeddah National showed great offensive firepower. Soon after the game started, Firas Buraikan followed up a shot in front of the goal to open the scoring for Jeddah National. Ziad Yohani then extended the lead further with a breakaway low shot. Ebha tried to adjust their tactics after conceding two goals, but Jeddah National's defense was solid and did not give their opponents too many chances.
Jeddah National's attack continued unabated into the second half. Sumehan Nabit added another goal for his team after a shot was parried and he followed up with a follow-up finish. Immediately after, it was showtime for Mahrez and Keshi. Mahrez received an assist from Keshi and pumped in a shot to seal the win for Jeddah National. Just two minutes later, Mahrez assisted Kessie in reverse, and the latter drove a shot into the goal, making the interplay between the two the highlight of the match.
In the dying stages of the match, Abha pulled a goal back through Saad Bugir's set piece that hit the crossbar and rebounded into the net. But that could not change the outcome of the match as Jeddah National ended up thrashing Abha 5-1.
