Borussia Dortmund (city in Germany)

will play Real Madrid at Wembley Stadium in London for the season's

Champions League final

.. German media outlet Bild-Zeitung reports that the club has arranged an after-match party for the game, which former manager Jürgen Klopp, who has been invited to watch the match, is expected to attend.

Recap of the 2013 party:

During the 2013 Champions League final, Borussia Dortmund arranged an after-match party. Then team captain Sebastian Kehr, goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller and Patrick Owomoyela organized a performance by renowned German singer Helene Fischer. Helen Fischer performed for about 45 minutes for the more than 1,400 guests at the venue, but it did not ease the sense of loss that Dortmund suffered in the final to Bayern. Jurgen Klopp, a fan of Helene Fischer's songs, was at the party drinking beer and cocktails until 4am.

Arrangements for 2024:

This time around, Borussia Dortmund's post-match party will not feature Helene Fischer, but it will still have Jurgen Klopp, according to Picture Post. The former Yellow and Black boss has been invited to London to watch the game and could be a guest at the post-match party. Klopp is in close contact with Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke and manager Edin Terzić.

The party is expected to take place at a location in north London, and even though many fans don't have tickets, around 60,000 Dortmund fans are expected to travel to London that weekend to cheer on the team.

Celebration plan after winning the championship:

If Borussia Dortmund beat Real Madrid in the Champions League final to win the Big Ears Cup, the club has announced that a grand parade will take place in Dortmund's inner city at 4:09 p.m. the following day. The timing has a special significance, as 4:09 coincides with Dortmund's postal code (44109), symbolizing the close ties between the city and the club.

This is a huge game for Borussia Dortmund, and fans will be waiting to see if they can make history at Wembley Stadium in London and lift the Big Ears Cup, the highest honor for a European club. Regardless of the outcome, this final is destined to be an important chapter in Dortmund's history.
