The Amerks and Blue Cross played to a 1-1 draw in the first round of the final. In the second round, the Amerks returned home to face Blue Cross. In the first half, neither team was able to break through. In the second half, Meiks scored the only goal of the match on a penalty kick, helping the Americans to a 1-0 victory over Blue Cross.
With the second-round victory, the Amerks won the 2023-2024 Spring League Championship with a 2-1 overall victory over Blue Cross.
After the game, the official CONCACAF account posted the winning poster on social media, congratulating Mexico's CONCACAF team for winning the Spring League title.
