As recently posted an article about Kylian Mbappe's salary at Real Madrid. Mbappe is set to become
Real Madrid soccer team
The highest paid player, with an annual salary of €15 million after taxes. This figure is well below his €72 million salary at Paris Saint-Germain, but is still higher than the salaries of Real Madrid's other top players.
Mbappe's annual salary of €15 million after tax is higher than the following Real Madrid players:
Vinicius (name)
:: 12 million euros (salary increase on last contract extension)
Bellingham (name)
: close to 11 million euros
Araba
: Euro12.5 million
Kroes (name)
: 13 million euros
Modric (name)
:: 11.5 million euros (lower salary after contract renewal)
In addition, Mbappe's signing bonus is €100 million, a figure which is added to his annual salary of €15 million after tax - in other words, split over five seasons, Mbappe's annual salary is close to €30 million, and that's still a fixed amount.
Under the agreement, Mbappe gets to keep 100% of the likeness rights of contracts signed before joining, while 20% of contracts signed after joining go to the club. Mbappe earns around €30 million a year from advertising sponsorships.
In addition, Mbappe will also receive sponsorship fees from his sponsors and bonuses that include clauses such as scoring goals and winning the Ballon d'Or. These additional earnings will further boost his total income.
The signing of Kylian Mbappe has not only boosted Real Madrid's athletic prowess, but his high salary also shows how much the club values the world-class star. Although his salary is much lower than what he earns in Paris, Mbappe's total income at Real Madrid is still considerable through signing bonuses, royalty income and various bonus clauses.
