Manchester United Football Club
In an exclusive interview with the Mirror, veteran Lee Sharp has suggested that Manchester United could be in for a massive bloodbath this summer and highlighted the need for the team to bring in a central midfielder who is excellent on the plate.
Sharp says: "There could be a big shake-up in United's squad this summer, imagine facing eight to 10 different faces next season and the manager has to get them to gel and adapt to his system. It's another test for the manager."
"I think Tenhave done well in every test before that. On an individual player, he's had some big problems because of various things that have happened in the club and I think he's handled everything well."

At the time, Sharp believes United should focus on strengthening their midfield, saying, "I'd love to see a midfielder join who is good on the plate and aggressive, the kind who can take the ball from the defensive end to the attacking end, like Tottenham's Moussa Dembele back in the day."
"Like Barkley did at Luton this season, getting the ball from the back line and having the ability to go over the top and bring the ball from near his own box to near the opposition box in a matter of seconds. I think that's what we're missing."
