June 09 (Xinhua) -- Real Madrid will receive at least 2.5 million euros in compensation from UEFA for 13 players out of the Europa League, according to As newspaper.

Real Madrid will be compensated for the participation of 11 players in the Europa League: Carvajal, Nacho, Modric, Bellingham, Kroos, Rüdiger, Camarvinga, Joan Armeni, Mendy, Lunin and Güler. There are actually 13, but Joselu's and Mbappe's clubs until July 1 are still Espanyol and Paris Saint-Germain, so some of the compensation does not go to Real Madrid.

Depending on a range of variables, each day Real Madrid can receive €3,300 - €10,000 in compensation from a player. As preliminary calculations suggest that even if all of these players were to leave the group, Real Madrid would be able to receive at least €2.5 million in compensation from UEFA.
