Rome, capital of Italy
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Roma boss Daniele De Rossi is actively preparing for next season, wanting his team to adapt to both formations and scheduling a trip to England this summer for a

of the program.
Although the Serie A season has come to an end, De Rossi has not started his vacation, but continues to work and prepare for next season. Gazzetta dello Sport says that De Rossi will spend only a few days (no more than a week) on vacation with his family this summer, and the rest of the time will be used to participate in Roma's summer transfers and the team's summer training program. This is the first time De Rossi has been responsible for the team's pre-season preparations since he took over as Roma's manager in January this year.
De Rossi will work with Roma's sporting director Ghisolfi to discuss and decide on a reinforcement strategy for this summer. According to the plan, Roma will not sell any of their main players this summer, while the targets need to be fast, more dynamic and able to play different roles. De Rossi emphasized, "Because you can't always play the same way."
Reports indicate that Roma's formation will be more flexible in the upcoming season, with more proactive and aggressive tactics. The team will need to be able to switch between the 433 and 352 formations comfortably during matches, and one of the key players will be Angelino, who can play as either a left back or a left wingback. Roma have already bought out Angelino for €5 million this summer.
Roma are expected to report back to their Trigoria base on July 6 and begin summer training. Players who participated in this summer's Europa League and Copa America will be given extra vacation time. De Rossi wants the whole team to spend more time together and to convey his tactical philosophy to the players. The first phase of summer training will take place at the Trigoria base, during which two or three warm-up matches against weaker opponents will be scheduled.
After that, De Rossi plans to play the second phase of his summer training in cooler locations (like the mountains). And in early August, Roma will travel to England to play a couple of warm-up matches, one against

The other is likely to be
