On June 6, during the World Cup qualifier between the Chinese national team and Thailand
Zhang Yuning
Injured his left shoulder joint during the game. The player himself felt the shoulder joint dislocated and then automatically reset during the game, but he still insisted on playing until the end. After the match, Zhang Yuning went to the local hospital in Shenyang to receive an emergency MRI and CT examination, and the diagnostic results are as follows:
Left shoulder glenoid labral tear, Banbart injury biceps tendon tendon sheath edema, supraspinatus tendon injury, rostro-humeral ligament injury left scapulothoracic joint subglenoid labral bone injury
Considering the importance of the World Cup qualifiers, the national team decided to treat Zhang Yuning with a closed shoulder joint. After the shoulder was elastically fixed, Zhang Yuning lasted nearly 30 minutes in the June 12 match against South Korea.
After returning to Beijing, Zhang Yuning received a consultation between the club's medical team and the shoulder joint expert group of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. The final diagnosis was:
Scapular fracture (left) Anterior dislocation of shoulder (left) Bony Banbart injury (left shoulder)
The panel recommended that Zhang Yuning have his left shoulder joint braked, have a CT review in three weeks, and expect recovery in four to six weeks.
This injury is undoubtedly a blow to Zhang Yuning and the Chinese national team, but his tenacity is admirable. We hope that Zhang Yuning can recover from his injury and return to the team with full blood and strength again. We also expect him to continue to shine in the coming matches and help the Chinese team to achieve good results in the World Cup qualifiers.
