England

National soccer team manager Gareth Southgate has once again shown his team-building foresight, having assembled a new squad including Harry Kane, Kyle Walker, Declan Rice and Kieran Trippier

leading group

.. A report in the Daily Mail reveals that this strategy has been adopted by Southgate since the start of his tenure in 2016 in a bid to strengthen discipline and team spirit in the dressing room.

Previously, Jordan Henderson, Harry Maguire and Raheem Sterling had been key members of the leadership team, but their absence for any reason at this Euro has prompted Southgate to update the leadership team members. With Kane unavailable, Southgate is ready to hand over the captaincy to one of Walker, Trippier or Rice, showing his faith in the leadership abilities of all three players.

Southgate emphasized the need for the youth players to step up and take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of existing core members Henderson, Maguire, Sterling and Rashford. This kind of trust and empowerment of young players not only develops their leadership skills, but also enhances the cohesion and fighting spirit of the entire team.

Harry Kane, as the head of the leadership group, has once again proved his irreplaceable position and influence in the national team. The addition of Walker, Trippier and Rice, three players with their own distinctive characteristics, will undoubtedly bring England more strategic flexibility and on-field stability.

As the Euros progress, England's new leadership group will be put to the test, and whether their performances can help the team rise above the challenges of the tournament will be the focus of much fan interest.
