The center back's 63rd-minute corner kick from Aleksandar Pavlovic helped Bayern score in a 3-0 win over Stuttgart at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Sunday.
Min Ja Kim also assisted Harry Kane in the 55th minute
Scored the second of two goals, his first Bundesliga helper.
Bayern won their 12th consecutive Bundesliga title and improved to 35 points, four behind league leaders Leverkusen with one game remaining.
For Stuttgart, South Korean striker Jung Woo-young was replaced in the 77th minute in a mini Korean derby with Minja Kim.
Minjae Kim's goal was ruled out for offside in the 25th minute after receiving a header into the net from Pavlovic's free kick. The two did connect on that crucial play, which earned the hosts a shutout victory.
Under Minjae Kim, Bayern have conceded just 14 goals in 14 games, the second lowest in the Bundesliga behind Leverkusen's 12.
