At the end of November, news that rocked the soccer world came quietly: the Japan Football Association (JFA) and England's representative soccer team (FA) officially agreed to a three-year strategic partnership.

Going back to the Doha Rendezvous on November 28th, the leaders of JFA and FA shook hands and signed this historic agreement.JFA President Yukizo Tajima and FA President Debbie Hewitt witnessed this momentous occasion.

It is reported that the cooperation will cover a wide range of areas such as coaching team development, infrastructure upgrading, technical exchanges and administrative communication, referee training, youth soccer development and the promotion of women's soccer. In addition, the two sides will plan a series of friendly matches to promote the competitive level of teams at all levels.

It is worth mentioning that the JFA has quietly woven a huge network of cooperation in the map of the international soccer world, which includes many soccer powerhouses and organizations such as England, Spain, Denmark, Germany, France, Belgium, Russia, Bayern Munich, the South American Soccer Federation, as well as Argentina, Paraguay and Venezuela.
