The U.S. is a bit behind in soccer, Italy is lacking in basketball, and Spain and Argentina are a bit weak in volleyball. However, it's been too long since Brazil won the basketball title, and no other country has the potential to win all three major men's sports at the same time. As for China, it is still working towards its first world title in men's three major balls.
