I believe that you have already heard about the problem of wage arrears in the Salon. Over the past three years, we have been suffering from wage arrears, and up to now, the most serious wage arrears among us have amounted to 16 months.
Faced with more than a year's arrears of wages, many employees find it difficult to make ends meet and have to deliver takeaways or run dropshippers after work, or even swipe credit cards or borrow money to make ends meet. We have gone from the stadium to society, and we have become one of the millions of ordinary members, both children and parents, and we, as the pillars of the family, also need a normal life.
This is our eighth season in the Premier League since our successful Super League run in 2014. Although we have suffered from wage arrears since 2019, we have never given up hope for life and the pursuit of better results.In the 2020 season, we produced our best ever result, finishing sixth in the league. From 2019 till today, we have been in the plight of salary arrears, where we have silently given our best in return for unfulfilled verbal promises over and over again. In order to ensure that the team can enter the tournament on time and successfully complete the league goal, we are always called to a meeting to mobilize commitment at the critical point of the league. Based on our deep emotion to Chongqing and this team, we hope that Salon can get better and better, and we will tide over the difficulties together with Salon. As a result, we were on time for every league opening and successfully completed the league mission.
