On the occasion of May Day, the German transfer market revealed that Croatian defender Maistorovic, who plays for Shanghai Seaport, has officially terminated his contract with the club and returned to the ranks of free players. It is worth mentioning that Maistorovic has not played a single game for the team since joining Seaport due to injuries.
Looking back at the 2021 season, Maestrović joined Seaport for over €3 million, however, unfortunately, he suffered a serious cruciate ligament tear in training, which left him out for the entire season, failing to play a single official match for Seaport.
