Hussein (name)
The injury report. Housen was unfortunately injured in the away game against Henan on June 15, and after a detailed examination, he was diagnosed with an injury to the medial posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, and is expected to take about eight weeks before he can resume training with the team.
During the game, Housen took a hit on his right knee during a defensive play. Although he said he could continue to play after the injury, after returning to Beijing, Housen underwent an MRI, which showed damage to the medial posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
Experts from Beijing Jishuitan Hospital conducted a consultation with Housen and combined it with MRI images to come to a conclusion about the injury:
Right posterior falciform ligament Ⅰ° injury (mild injury) right medial collateral ligament injury
The hospital recommended that Houshmandzadeh be immobilized in a posterior fork brace on his right knee for four weeks, after which he would be reviewed to determine if he could begin rehab. Based on the current situation, Hounsou's initial plan is to resume training with the team in approximately eight weeks.
As the No. 1 goalkeeper in Guoan's team, Housen has made 15 appearances for the team this season and is a key player in the team's defense. His absence will pose a challenge to Guoan's goalkeeper position.
