知情人士披露，今日，许家印亲自主持了恒大足球的行政会议，并对管理团队进行了重组，宣布由恒大足球学校校长王亚军同时兼任广州足球沙龙董事长一职。
在会议上，许家印明确提出，恒大足球须持之以恒地推进足球事业，未来工作的核心目标是全力以赴推动中国足球的进步与崛起。
他进一步阐述，根据集团的战略规划，恒大足球学校将被打造成为中国足球明星的孵化器，而广州队则是这个孵化器的关键平台。他强调，要从足校到职业队打通人才培养的通道，真正实现“足球要从娃娃抓起”，一批又一批地输送优秀青少年球员，探索出一条俱乐部与足校相互滋养、良性发展的新路径，助力中国足球的复兴。
在此之前，广州足球沙龙发布了《足球沙龙球员定编及薪资规范》的通知，其中规定一线队球员的起薪为税前年薪6万元，最高年薪则为税前60万元。
